Privacy notice
Draft · pending legal review · last updated: [date to be confirmed]
Courtesy translation. This English version is provided for convenience only; the Spanish version is the legally binding one and prevails in case of any discrepancy. It is a draft pending legal review; text in [brackets] is still to be confirmed.
1. Who is responsible for your data (art. 15, sec. I)
Inquadratura [legal name / business name to be confirmed] (inquadratura.com) is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
Address for notices: [TO BE CONFIRMED WITH LAWYER].
Email for questions and data rights: [EMAIL TO BE CONFIRMED · the current site lists contact@inquadratura.com].
2. What data we collect (art. 15, sec. II)
The data you give us directly, or that is generated when you use our services:
| Stage | Data |
|---|---|
| a) Inquiry and proposal | The couple's first names, email, wedding date and place, language, and whatever you write in your messages. The contact form also offers an optional WhatsApp field. [Confirm whether a phone number is requested elsewhere.] |
| b) Viewing your personalized proposal | Date and time you open your proposal, time on screen, sections viewed, device type and approximate country. We do not store your IP address and we do not use cookies. |
| c) Contract and file | Contract details (names, phone numbers, emails, date and place of the event, services hired), payments and payment dates, and billing data for the CFDI invoice (name or business name, RFC tax ID, tax regime, postal code, CFDI use). [Confirm the exact list of tax data requested.] |
| d) Pre-wedding questionnaire and timeline | Times, places, list of the important people of the day, family notes, ceremony details, and any notes you choose to share. |
| e) Photos and videos | Images and video of you and your guests taken during the coverage, delivery galleries and working selections. |
Sensitive data (art. 2, sec. VI). If you choose, the questionnaire and timeline may include information about religious beliefs (for example, religious ceremonies), health (for example, allergies, dietary restrictions or mobility) and data about relatives or guests. Photos and video may also reveal these aspects. We never require this data; we only use it to plan and cover the day better. We need your express written consent to process it (art. 8), so there will be a separate checkbox in the questionnaire and the contract. [The lawyer defines the exact wording and form of signature: handwritten, electronic or another mechanism.]
Other people's data. If you share data about relatives, guests or vendors, you confirm that you informed them and are allowed to share it. [The lawyer reviews this clause, including minors.]
3. What we use your data for (art. 15, sec. III)
Necessary purposes (without them we cannot provide the service):
- Reply to your inquiry and prepare your proposal.
- Follow up on your proposal: know whether you opened it and whether you have questions, to answer you better.
- Prepare the contract, collect payments and issue the CFDI invoice.
- Plan the coverage: questionnaire, timeline and coordination with the vendors you indicate.
- Photograph and film the wedding, edit and deliver the gallery, film, album and other services hired.
- Keep an archive of proposals and of the file, to handle clarifications and meet legal and tax obligations.
- Improve the experience of people viewing our proposals, with usage data that identifies no one beyond the proposal sent to them.
Purposes that need your separate consent (you can say no, and it does not affect the service):
- Publish selected images or video on our website.
- Publish selected images or video on Inquadratura's Instagram or other social networks.
- Submit images to competitions or third-party publications.
- Use images as samples in demos of Inquadratura tools or apps.
- Ask you for a review or testimonial, and contact you after the wedding (for example, anniversary or referrals). [Confirm whether this is done.]
Each publication permission is its own checkbox. You can give it for some uses and refuse it for others. Only what you authorize is published, and each image is chosen one by one before publishing. Guests and minors who appear prominently need their own permission. [The lawyer defines how it is obtained.]
Master switch. Inquadratura has a per-couple control. If you turn it off or ask us to, all of that couple's photos go offline in the media we control (website, drafts and internal tools). What is already published on social media is removed on request, although copies that third parties have downloaded or shared are no longer under our control. [The lawyer reviews the scope and removal time.]
4. How to limit the use or disclosure of your data (art. 15, sec. IV)
- You can refuse or withdraw any of the publication permissions (purposes 8 to 12) by writing to [EMAIL TO BE CONFIRMED].
- You can ask us not to log views of your proposal. Write to the same email.
- You can ask to be excluded from messages after the wedding.
- [If there is a mailing list or newsletter, add an unsubscribe option. Not verified that one exists today.]

If data is shared with your wedding vendors, such as the venue, planner or florist, with your authorization, a clause where you accept or refuse the transfer must be included, art. 35.] We do not sell your data.
Transfers without your consent only happen in the cases of art. 36 (for example, if required by law or necessary to maintain the legal relationship with you). [The lawyer confirms the applicable sections.]

Person handling requests (art. 29): [TO BE CONFIRMED WITH LAWYER].
If you believe your right was not respected, you may go to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, currently the authority on this matter (art. 2, sec. XV of the Law). [The lawyer confirms the current name and procedure.]
8. Security (art. 18)
We have administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data. For example, the panel where it is stored opens only with verified access, proposals use private links, and the view log stores no IP and uses no cookies. If a breach significantly affects your property or moral rights, we will inform you immediately (art. 19). [The lawyer checks that this description does not overpromise.]
9. Cookies and tracking technologies
The home page of this website currently loads Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics by Microsoft, U.S.), which sets the first-party cookies _clck and _clsk and Microsoft cookies (for example MUID, CLID, MR, SM, ANONCHK on the clarity.ms and bing.com domains), lasting up to 1 year. They are used to measure, in aggregate, how the site is browsed. [TO BE DECIDED: remove Clarity or keep it with notice and, where applicable, consent; review with lawyer.] The site also stores the language you choose (English or Spanish) in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key "inq-lang"), with no personal data; you can delete it from your browser settings. If you play an embedded YouTube video (privacy-enhanced mode, loaded only when you click), YouTube may store data in your browser under its own policy. The view log of your personalized proposal does not use cookies. If an analytics tool is added or removed, this notice will be updated. [Check again before publishing.]
10. Changes to this notice (art. 15, sec. VI)
We will publish any change on this page. Couples with an open file will be notified by email. [The lawyer confirms the procedure.] The date of the last update is shown at the top.
11. Consent
By giving us your data and signing or accepting [the contract / the form], you confirm that you have read this notice. For sensitive data and for each publication permission a separate checkbox or signature is requested (art. 8). [The lawyer defines wording and the evidence kept.]
